There's a LOT going on as spring begins to, well, spring(!) - so don't miss out!

The Metro strives to serve as a fundamental gateway for the entire spectrum of the alternative, adult, & underground scene; thus providing a synergistic tool to help lift the fog for what's going on in & around the area, assist in the promotion of the scene as a whole, & to provide a forum through which that bridges can be built - from one culture to another, & from one group to the next.  We hope you check it out:

Here's What's Going on in April…  

THIS FRIDAY (3/27): DC TNG Presents "Speakeasy" - Big Daddy's cleared it with the mayor, so he's put together the city's best Speakeasy & it's expected to be a major blowout!  So find your favorite fedora or squeeze in your best flapper & we'll see you in high style this Friday. It's not too late to get on the list, so contact Big D~ for details. Joe on the door will get you in no problem.  Ceya there!

Wed 1st - Wicked Wednesday is held at The Pleasure Garden Club in Philly.
               - The Cottage will be running great events & membership drive throughout April.

Fri 3rd - Dunkelheit hosts DC's newest night for Dark Electric & Goth/Alternative.
           - Black Rose hosts its Dungeon 101 Exploratorium.
           - Tabu hosts its annual fundraiser for the National Coalition of Sexual Freedom.
           - Sugar hosts its First Friday Boutique Party in Baltimore.

Sat 4th - The Charm City Fetish Fair is hosted by B.E.S.S. of Baltimore.
            - Electroshok ushers in Spring with one of Baltimore's best Goth Nights.
            - Midnight hosts '23 Rainy Days' Live.
            - DC Starz hosts its monthly play party at The Crucible.
            - SWVaSocials hosts its 5 year anniversary - their largest to date!

Mon 6th - Tristan Toarmino will be holding a live seminar at Sugar in Baltimore. 
Tue 7th - Tristan Toarmino is hosted by Gloucester College for her continuing series.

Wed 8th - Cherry Poppin' Peepshow: DC's only amateur burlesque night.
               - Having Parties hosts its all male gathering in DC.
               - Nocturne Wednesday is held at Shampoo Nightclub in Philly.  

Thu 9th - Black Rose hosts its monthly new member gateway roundtable.
              - 80's Dance Night (weekly) hosted by DJ London Shadows at Madam's Organ.   

Fri 10th - The Crucible hosts a Meet & Greet Mixer for Starz & R.O.B.E.
              - Tabu hosts Blackout Friday (one their best monthly parties).
              - The Private Affair hosts a special "Freaky Friday" in its on-site location.

Sat 11th - Persephone's Masquerade: a charity gala hosted for the pagan community.
              - Transylvanian Concubines hold a showing for the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
              - Ziegfelds has returned to the scene with one of the area's best drag nights.

Sun 12th - Easter Sunday - CPN Orientation for perspective new members.

Tue 14th - Mast holds a roundtable panel discussion following its monthly munch.
Wed 15th - B.E.S.S. holds its monthly New Member Orientation at the BWI Ramada. 
                  - Sigma will be open for play at its onsite facility.
                  - Fallout in Richmond hosts Funkervogt Live.

Thu 16th - Exposure hosts Enduser, Interlope, & Zweller live in concert at Club Liv.
                - Dark Odyssey host one of the city's best alternative happy hours in Dupont.

Fri 17th - GLOSS is hosted by Apex: ladies dance night followed by the DC Kings. 
              - The Pleasure Garden Club hosts Philadelphia's largest lifestyle party.

Sat 18th - DXS Rapture hosts a special celebration for Madam Ember & Lady Eve!
               - Midnight hosts a special Birthday Party in honor of Bettie Page!
               - BR hosts its monthly member's play party at The Crucible.
               - Capitol Cream hosts its monthly play party.
               - Having Parties hosts its Male, Female, & Trans Party in DC.
               - Electroshok holds one of Baltimore's best Goth Nights.
               - Tabu celebrates its 4th anniversary with a special lifestyle event!
               - FIST hosts its monthly social & play party in Baltimore.
               - Beyond Good Enough: Sugar in Baltimore hosts Marcia Baczynski.
               - Virginia Couples Club hosts a "little black dress party" in Richmond.

Fri 24th - Wasteland brings one of DC's Best Goth Nights to Jimmy Valentine's.
             - Bound holds its monthly event at Asefu.
             - The Private Affair hosts an on-premise 'Bi-Friendly Friday' Party.
             - Raven Con kicks off in Richmond (Sci-fi & Fantasy convention).

Sat 25th - DC TNG host a member's play party at Judy's Private Estate.
              - Midnight hosts a CD release party & live performance by Espermachine.
              - All Woman Play Party is hosted by The Crucible in DC.
              - B.E.S.S. holds its monthly members party in Baltimore.
              - Mid-Atlantic Couples hosts a Playboy Mansion Lingerie & PJ Party.

May 2nd - The Pleasure Garden Club in Philly hosts a Lifestyle Cinco de Mayo.
               - N.E. Society of Ticklephiles holds the largest convention of its kind in Philly.

May 3rd - Freak Day at The National Zoo…
